Paid Media Strategist

About The Position

DelRicht is growing its Paid Media team and searching for a full-time Paid Media Strategist to support patient enrollment through thoughtful campaign planning and hands-on execution. This individual contributor will manage and optimize paid media campaigns, analyze performance, and share insights that help the team identify opportunities, address risks, and improve enrollment outcomes. Our customer is the patient. DelRicht partners with physicians to conduct clinical trials, and our paid media team helps connect potential patients with research opportunities and possible new treatments. The business model is not simply to run ads or generate leads: success means attracting the right patients, in the right markets, and helping studies reach their enrollment goals. The work is unusually complex. At any given time, we may be supporting dozens of simultaneous studies across our national site network. Each study has a different patient population, geographic pocket, enrollment timeline, level of urgency, eligibility criteria, and budget. Campaigns are hyper-localized, priorities can shift quickly, and the strongest strategy for one study may not work for another. Within your portfolio, you will manage sizable, six-figure-or-larger media budgets and make day-to-day decisions about pacing, allocation, targeting, creative testing, and optimization. This is a hands-on role: you will constantly evaluate results, adjust budgets, test new approaches, and decide where the next dollar can create the greatest enrollment impact. You’ll be joining a four-person team where you will own paid media strategy and day-to-day campaign decisions within your portfolio of studies. You will have the freedom to move quickly when the data supports a change, while partnering with leadership on broader company priorities, investment decisions, and overall enrollment strategy. We expect you to bring a point of view, explain the business case behind your recommendations, and take accountability for results. There is no fixed playbook for every campaign. Enrollment needs evolve, performance changes, new studies launch, and budgets must be rebalanced - sometimes quickly. You will need to make sound decisions with incomplete information, stay calm when priorities compete, and be comfortable operating through some ambiguity. The reward is meaningful ownership: your decisions can influence study enrollment, resource allocation, and whether more patients gain access to potential new treatments.
