We’re seeking a Paid Media Strategist to join our team on a contract basis (up to 20 hours/week to start). This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in scaling a high-impact service, with the potential to transition into a full-time position as business need grows. This role sits at the intersection of paid media strategy, influencer creative strategy, and campaign execution. You will work directly with clients and internal teams to develop paid influencer strategies that are designed to drive performance, support sales conversations, and scale across a growing pipeline of campaigns. The ideal candidate is not only highly technical in paid media execution, but also deeply strategic in how creator content should be positioned, tested, optimized, and scaled across paid channels. This person should be able to identify what types of creative will work for each campaign, translate campaign goals into actionable ad strategies, and confidently guide clients and internal teams on how to make influencer content perform in paid.
