About the position
Dollar Shave Club is seeking a highly analytical, data-driven Paid Media Manager to accelerate the growth and monetization of their consumer base. The Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategies across various paid media channels, including paid search, display, digital video, native, and affiliates. They will also be responsible for analyzing campaign performance, identifying areas of improvement, and proposing actionable solutions. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in digital media buying and a proven track record in direct response and e-commerce brands.
Responsibilities
- Develop and own the strategy for paid search, display, and video that aligns with goals and initiatives
- Manage and optimize various digital and offline channels, focusing on search, display, and digital video
- Conduct A/B and multivariate testing programs to improve performance across the marketing funnel
- Analyze campaign performance and provide meaningful insights
- Identify areas of improvement and propose actionable solutions
- Develop processes for analysis, insights, and best practices
- Create and maintain accurate budget and spending plan
- Recommend and conduct testing opportunities to improve ROI/ROAS
- Stay updated on best practices, alphas, betas, and strategies
- Collaborate with teams to understand customers and reach them effectively
- Cultivate cross-functional buy-in for priority initiatives
- Identify new opportunities and areas of growth for improved ROI/ROAS
- Work with 3rd party vendors for specific digital campaigns and initiatives
- Assist with vendor assessment and proposals
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Finance preferred
- 5+ years of experience in a related field, preferably with e-commerce and agency experience
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels and media buying ecosystem
- Proven success with direct response and e-commerce brands
- Familiarity with cohorts and audience segmentation
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Marketing or Finance
- 5+ years of experience in a related field, preferably in E-commerce and agency
- Strong knowledge and understanding of digital marketing channels such as Paid Search, Google Ads, Social, Display, Video, Native, etc.
- Proven success with direct response and e-commerce brands or companies
- Familiarity with cohorts and audience segmentation

- Competitive salary range of $90,000-$123,600
