About The Position
Reo Plastics, Inc., an ISO-certified custom injection molding company, is hiring an experienced and motivated Set Up person for its Second Operations department. The role is responsible for setting up and tearing down assembly and pad printing jobs, troubleshooting assembly and pad printing issues, and working closely with Quality Assurance and the Assembly Supervisor to ensure quality. This opportunity is on first shift. A $2,000 hiring bonus is offered.
Requirements
- Experience as a set-up person; the posting specifies an experienced candidate.
- Strong mechanical aptitude.
- Self-starter.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with sonic welders, pneumatics, and electrical systems.
Responsibilities
- Set up and tear down assembly jobs in the Second Operations department.
- Set up and tear down pad printing jobs in the Second Operations department.
- Troubleshoot assembly and pad printing issues as required.
- Work closely with Quality Assurance and the Assembly Supervisor to ensure quality.
