Requirements

Knowledge of machinery and equipment used in production processes.
Strong attention to detail to ensure quality control.
Physical stamina to stand for long periods and frequently lift objects up to 50 pounds.
Ability to bend, squat, and reach frequently.
Excellent communication skills to work effectively with team members.
Willingness to follow safety protocols and procedures.

Responsibilities

Visually inspect automatic buffing lines, including guns, compound lines, and electrical wiring.
Change buff heads ranging from 4 feet to 16 feet long.
Verify setups for production runs.
Identify mechanical or electrical concerns and address or escalate them.
Ensure fixtures are stored properly and check fixture status for production.
Monitor ergonomics and safety on the lines.
