About The Position

Hydro Extrusions is hiring a Packing Forklift Operator to move racks of aluminum extrusions and empty racks to their designated areas. The operator is responsible for safely using a bander to band material before moving it and completing forklift check sheets at the beginning of each shift. The typical schedule is 12-hour continental night shifts from 6 PM to 6 AM, although shift hours may vary based on business needs. The role is in a non-climate-controlled environment and requires successful completion of all required mobile equipment testing. Starting pay is $23.38 per hour, with an additional $1.00 per hour shift differential.

Requirements

• Successfully complete all required mobile equipment testing.
• Be willing to work in a non-climate-controlled environment.
• Be able to lift up to 25 pounds regularly.
• Have the physical agility to safely climb on and off a forklift at a fast pace.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
