About The Position

Ideal Fulfillment is seeking a hands-on, mechanically inclined Packing Machine Operator to take ownership of an automated right-size box-making machine at its Perris warehouse. The role combines packing, troubleshooting, and light maintenance, with the opportunity to grow into an equipment and automation lead role as more machines are added. This is a full-time position. The company operates from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM daily. Pay is $20.00–$23.00 per hour.

  • Have strong attention to detail when checking box size, closure, and labeling.
  • Be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
  • Have reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
