About The Position

ARMOR-IIMAK is a global organization that innovates and manufactures Thermal Transfer Ribbons, Direct Thermal Films, and Industrial and Digital Inkjet Inks. The Packer Operator Lead will be trained as a Packer Operator and work as part of a team. The role develops equipment knowledge and troubleshooting skills while taking responsibility for packing thermal transfer printing ribbons to specifications for storage and shipment. The listed A-shift schedule is 6:00 a.m.–6:15 p.m. Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and every other Wednesday. The posting also lists schedules for B, C, and D shifts. The company provides a climate-controlled facility and an on-site fitness facility. Requirements

At least one year of applicable machine operation experience.
Mechanical aptitude.
Ability to read and understand standard operating procedures and specifications, and follow instructions.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Dependability and punctuality.
Attention to detail and thoroughness.
Ability to learn and diagnose fundamental process issues.
Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems.

Responsibilities

Pack thermal transfer printing ribbons to specifications for storage and shipment.
