About The Position

The Packaging Operator works in Henkel’s Adhesive Technologies business unit. The role operates and adjusts manufacturing machines and production equipment, monitors product and packaging quality, and records production information. Work is performed safely and efficiently according to instructions and manufacturing specifications, with an emphasis on ownership of the work area and equipment and collaboration with colleagues.

Responsibilities

Operate machines and production equipment safely in accordance with instructions.
Set up or adjust equipment according to manufacturing specifications.
Monitor the quality of products and packaging.
Maintain accurate daily production records so manufacturing performance can be analyzed.
Execute production in the safest, most efficient manner.
Take ownership of the work area and equipment.
