About The Position

The Packaging Operator works in Henkel’s Adhesive Technologies business unit, which produces adhesives, sealants, and functional coatings. The role operates and adjusts production equipment, monitors product and packaging quality, and maintains production records. The position is classified as non-exempt and pays $20.00–$22.00 per hour, with possible shift differentials, premium pay, bonuses, or other compensation depending on role and location. Overtime pay is provided in accordance with applicable laws.

Responsibilities

• Operate machines and production equipment safely according to instructions.
• Set up or adjust equipment according to manufacturing specifications.
• Monitor the quality of products and packaging.
• Maintain accurate daily production records so manufacturing performance can be analyzed.
• Execute production safely and efficiently.
• Take ownership of the assigned work area and equipment.
