About The Position

Perfection Chain Products is hiring an entry-level Packaging Operator to assemble and perform secondary operations on chain and wire forms. The role includes operating tabletop fixtures, small equipment, and larger tonnage presses; packaging chain, wire forms, and assemblies into various containers; and preparing pallets for storage or shipment. The position is based on-site at the company’s facility in Cullman, Alabama, in a warehouse environment. Employees will stand and walk for most of the shift. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., with occasional weekend overtime. Starting pay is $12 per hour, and the position is eligible for the company’s full benefits package.

Requirements

• Ability to read and follow written instructions in English.
• Willingness and ability to stand and walk for most of an eight-hour shift.
• Desire to work in a warehouse environment.
• Good attitude and attendance.
• Respect for warehouse and manufacturing safety principles.
• Willingness to learn.
