About The Position

Perfection Chain Products is hiring entry-level Packaging Operators to assemble and perform secondary operations on chain and wire forms. The role is based on-site at the company’s facility in Cullman, Alabama, and pays $12 per hour. The full-time schedule is Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM, for 40 hours per week, with overtime opportunities and occasional weekend overtime.

The position works in a warehouse environment. Employees will stand and walk for most of their shifts and should be willing to stand for more than eight hours per day. No specific skills or experience are required; the company seeks applicants with a good attitude, willingness to learn, and reliable attendance.

Perfection Chain Products manufactures metal products and produces weldless chain products, as well as distributing welded chain and chain assemblies, wire rope, and aircraft cable.

Requirements

• No specific skills or experience are required.
• Ability to read and follow written instructions in English.
• Willingness to stand and walk for most of an eight-hour shift and to stand for more than eight hours per day.
• Willingness to work in a warehouse environment.
• Good attitude and attendance.
• Respect for warehouse and manufacturing safety principles.

Responsibilities

• Operate tabletop fixtures, small equipment, and larger tonnage presses.
• Package chain, wire forms, and assemblies into various types of containers.
• Prepare pallets for storage and/or shipment.
• Assemble and perform secondary operations on chain and wire forms.
