About The Position

Perform all jobs in the Brine room and General packaging room across Phase I, Phase II, and the Box Maker areas. Duties include rotating through packaging positions, coordinating associates’ break schedules, and cleaning the Packaging room, Pump room, Brine room, and equipment. The role requires safe work practices and teamwork.

Requirements

• Must work safely.
• Must work as a team member of the department.

Responsibilities

• Perform Brine In, Brine Out, singulator, bulk tote loading, RapidPak, sealer, in-loader (liners), boxer, box maker, and break-relief jobs.
• Initiate rotation on the packaging line every hour.
• Manage associates’ break schedules in a timely manner.
• Rotate through department positions, including Brine In, Brine Out, Singulating, RapidPak, Bulking, Boxing, In-loading, Sealing, and Break Relief.
• Perform CIP and cleanup of the Packaging room, Pump room, Brine room, and equipment.
• Work safely and as a team member of the department.
