About The Position

Trane Technologies – Thermo King in Bloomington, Minnesota, is hiring a dependable, full-time Kitting Packager for its onsite first shift. The role receives orders and assembles kits with the correct components, helping meet dealer and customer expectations while contributing to warehouse operations. The position is designated safety sensitive.

The Kitting Packager locates, processes, and packages customer parts while maintaining quality. Work includes operating shrink-machine, foam-and-bag, and poly-bag equipment; processing job travelers and tickets; and performing Oracle and Dematic transactions to identify locations and move items to assigned storage areas.

The regular schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. If overtime is needed, the shift may start at 6:00 a.m., with some mandatory Saturdays as needed. The listed hourly base pay is $23.64.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Able to lift and move up to 40 pounds.
