About The Position

Trane Technologies – Thermo King in Bloomington, Minnesota is hiring a dependable, full-time Kitting Packager for its first shift. The role receives orders and assembles kits with the correct components. It is designated as safety sensitive. The position is onsite five days per week and pays an hourly base rate of $23.64.

The Kitting Packager locates, processes, and packages customer parts while maintaining quality. The role operates shrink machine, foam and bag machine, and poly bag equipment; processes job travelers and tickets; and performs Oracle and Dematic transactions to determine where items should be moved in the assigned storage area. The position contributes to meeting dealer and customer expectations and supporting the warehouse operation.

The regular schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. If overtime is required, the shift starts at 6:00 a.m. and may include mandatory Saturdays as needed. A background check, drug screen, and physical screening are conditions of employment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds.
