About The Position

In the assigned Job Role of Package Project Lead 1, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below: Develop project timelines, proactively identify and address resource discrepancies to ensure timely project completion. Facilitate effective coordination between technical teams and client stakeholders by organizing regular meetings, sprints, and project phases to align expectations and objectives. Support technical teams in executing development, integration, and customization stages of enterprise application packages, ensuring adherence to project requirements. Monitor project deliverables across all phases to meet established quality benchmarks and stakeholder expectations. Your contribution to the team includes proactive risk management to ensure project delivery, an ability to build collaborative relationships with stakeholders through effective communication, a focus to anticipate challenges and deliver innovative solutions, and a commitment to balance project economics with adherence to strategic priorities.

Requirements

  • Must have experience in multiple projects implementation with Oracle HCM Recruitment Cloud and Global Human Resources Cloud.
  • Work experience in implementing and configuring Oracle Global Human Resources Cloud (Core HR), Compensation, Recruiting, Talent Management.
  • Must have experience driving discovery, business process re-engineering, requirement elicitation, application configuration and driving production deployments.
  • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge on Oracle HCM Cloud technical - Fast Formulas, Visual Builder Studio, HCM Data Loader, OTBI.
  • Experience in production support – app upgrades, incidents, and service requests resolution as well as problem solving and support to the integrations will be an added advantage.
