In the assigned Job Role of Package Project Lead 1, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below: Develop project timelines, proactively identify and address resource discrepancies to ensure timely project completion. Facilitate effective coordination between technical teams and client stakeholders by organizing regular meetings, sprints, and project phases to align expectations and objectives. Support technical teams in executing development, integration, and customization stages of enterprise application packages, ensuring adherence to project requirements. Monitor project deliverables across all phases to meet established quality benchmarks and stakeholder expectations. Requirements

  • Experience in Oracle cloud product MDM
  • Specifically worked on formulating MDM strategy and implementing the same for medium to large organizations, that have implemented MDM
  • Excellent communication skills and client interfacing capabilities
  • Should be performing a client-facing role
  • Need to be very comfortable with concepts around data quality, data profiling, data governance
  • Comfortable in driving requirements workshops, proposing the right data model for product master
  • Possess good understanding of Master Data in Oracle Fusion for Customers, Products, Suppliers
  • Ability to leverage MDM best practices, experiences from past MDM programs
  • Ability to drive MDM Assessments with customers and articulate to business benefits of MDM
  • Ability to engage in discussions related to master data entities like customer, supplier, product, employees
  • Should be able to guide the customer on MDM roadmap
  • Experience in Oracle Apps Technical and Oracle Apps PL/SQL
  • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Oracle Customer Data Management (CDM) Cloud or Oracle Product Hub
  • Exposure to OIC (Oracle Integration Cloud) integrations for master data
  • Knowledge of Data Quality tools such as Oracle Enterprise Data Quality (EDQ)
  • Experience with EBS-to-Fusion migrations or hybrid ERP environments
  • Oracle Cloud ERP / SCM / Financials
  • Oracle MDM or Data Governance certifications
