About The Position

In the assigned Job Role of Package Project Lead 3, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below: ⦁ Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and data-driven decision-making to ensure cohesive project execution and alignment with objectives ⦁ Engage with senior stakeholders and executive leadership to define project scope and foster consensus for successful outcomes ⦁ Evaluate and refine project management processes by incorporating best practices for improved efficiency and effectiveness ⦁ Establish quality benchmarks and implement risk management strategies to enhance project outcomes and mitigate organizational risks ⦁ Monitor project margins and ensure alignment between actual performance and financial targets ⦁ Develop RFP responses and participate in client discussions to finalize commercial estimates and drive Go-to-Market strategies ⦁ Engage in resource allocation, and set performance objectives to align team efforts with project goals ⦁ Lead organizational change initiatives and design training roadmaps to ensure smooth adoption of project-driven transformations Your contribution to the team: ⦁ Strategic leadership in executing Go-to-Market strategies ⦁ Specialized in managing large-scale ERP projects with a focus on strategic alignment, resource optimization, and stakeholder collaboration ⦁ Proactive planning to align project financials with organizational goals ⦁ Expertise in leading organizational change and fostering professional development within teams ⦁ Expertise in refining project management methodologies, risk mitigation, and quality assurance ⦁ Fostering an inclusive environment that respects diverse backgrounds and perspectives

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience in Oracle Subscription Management Cloud, Oracle Field Service Cloud, Fusion Sales Cloud, CPQ Cloud
  • Must have implementation experience in Oracle EBS and Oracle cloud.
  • Required to have at least 2 or 3 full life cycle implementation experience in Oracle CX modules (Subscription Management Cloud, Field Service Cloud, Fusion Sales Cloud, CPQ Cloud).
  • Led at least two full cycle Oracle cloud implementations as a finance lead/architect.
  • Must have an understanding of Oracle project methodology (OUM) and agile and testing strategies such as Conference Room Pilots (CRP) and Process Playbacks (SIT and UAT etc.)
  • Experience in executing implementation strategy, capturing business, systems requirements and analysis, preparing functional specification documents, solution designing, prototyping, testing, training, and implementing practical business solutions.
  • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with legacy ERP to Cloud migration or hybrid multi-ERP environments.
