About The Position

OnTrac is hiring Package Handlers for its Boise warehouse at 1175 Boeing St, Boise, ID 83705. Package Handlers are part of the operations team and help maintain smooth warehouse operations, quality, and a safe, productive work environment. Duties include unloading trailers, sorting packages by ZIP code, and loading trucks for delivery. The role requires teamwork and adherence to safety protocols.

There are seven weekday schedules available: Monday–Friday, Tuesday–Saturday, Wednesday–Sunday, Thursday–Monday, Friday–Tuesday, Saturday–Wednesday, and Sunday–Thursday. Shifts run from 4:30 a.m. to 8:00 a.m. or until the end of sort. Hours may vary based on business needs. “End of Sort” means completing all required sorting work for the day and cleanup activities as directed by site management.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to remain on your feet while working.
• Ability to work in warehouse temperatures that vary by season, including heat and cold.
• Ability to regularly lift, push, pull, and/or move items averaging 50 pounds and occasionally up to 75 pounds.
