Furnace Operator - Multiple Shifts Available!
About The Position
The Furnace Operator operates and tends atmosphere continuous belt furnaces powered by gas, electric induction, and oxygen, including loading and unloading. The role performs brazing, heat treating and annealing, pasting, assembly, and inspection activities. The operator monitors temperature, speed, and flow and may adjust them as needed. Loading and pasting must follow standard work instructions. Inspection includes visual inspections, hardness testing, and ultrasound testing of braze joints. Candidates must be willing to work in a team environment, train and cross-train others, and rotate job duties. Other duties may be assigned as required. Candidates must provide a resume or work history for consideration.
