The Machine Operator operates and monitors automated and semi-automated production equipment to support safe, efficient, high-quality manufacturing. The role includes cleaning and maintaining equipment, conducting line clearances and label verification, and accurately documenting production activities. The operator reports equipment or quality issues, supports and monitors other operators as needed, and maintains a clean, organized production environment. The position requires attention to detail, extended periods of standing, and experience with automation equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. This is a full-time, non-exempt position. Available schedules are Monday through Thursday on either a 4x10 first shift (3:30 a.m.–2:30 p.m., $19.00 per hour) or a 4x10 second shift (2:30 p.m.–1:30 a.m., $19.50 per hour). Both schedules require mandatory eight-hour Friday work through Thanksgiving; Saturday work is unlikely. Shift times and workdays may vary by location and are subject to change based on operational requirements. Business needs may require evenings, weekends, holidays, and occasional overtime. Advance notice of schedule changes will be provided whenever feasible. Production facilities may involve regular exposure to cannabis plant material, dust, noise, heat, cold, and other manufacturing conditions, as well as potential allergens such as pollen, molds, and strong odors. Required personal protective equipment is provided. Candidates must be willing to submit to a background check.
