About The Position

We are looking for a dependable and motivated Assembler to join the production team. The role performs a variety of assembly line duties, collaborates with team members to meet production goals, and helps identify opportunities to improve efficiency and quality throughout the manufacturing process. The position is full-time at the Corporate Office in Kings Mountain, North Carolina. Multiple shifts are available.

Full-time employees are eligible for a weekly attendance bonus. Team members can earn an additional $1.00 per hour for every hour worked, on top of their regular hourly wage, by working all scheduled shifts during the week.

Requirements

• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while maintaining quality standards.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work throughout the shift.
• Capable of continuously lifting and handling materials weighing up to 10 pounds.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, or a related production environment.
• Familiarity with hand tools, assembly equipment, and production processes.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products and components according to specifications and quality standards.
• Work collaboratively with team members to complete production tasks efficiently.
• Rotate between assigned tasks and production processes as needed.
• Inspect parts and finished products to ensure quality requirements are met.
• Package and prepare completed products for shipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
