About The Position

OnTrac is hiring Package Handlers to support warehouse operations at its Fridley, Minnesota location. Package Handlers contribute to smooth warehouse operations by sorting and loading packages, following safety protocols, and working collaboratively to maintain a productive and secure work environment. The listed pay is $19.80 per hour. Seven shift schedules are available: Saturday–Wednesday, Sunday–Thursday, Monday–Friday, Tuesday–Saturday, Wednesday–Sunday, Thursday–Monday, or Friday–Tuesday. Shift times are 1:00 AM–5:00 AM or until the end of sort; hours may vary based on business needs. “End of Sort” means completion of the required sorting work and cleanup activities as directed by site management.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Be able to remain on your feet while working.
• Be able to work in warehouse heat and cold as temperatures vary by season.
• Regularly lift, push, pull, and/or move items averaging 50 pounds, and occasionally up to 75 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety practices; safety is identified as the company’s first core value.
• Unload trailers.
• Sort packages by ZIP code.
• Load trucks for deliveries.
• Work collaboratively with the team to complete the job.
