About The Position

OnTrac is hiring a seasonal Package Handler in Rochester, New York. This active, hands-on warehouse role supports the movement of packages during the holiday season. No previous warehouse experience is required; training is provided. The position pays $16.50 per hour, with weekly pay, a seasonal bonus (subject to eligibility and other terms), and premium pay for hours worked on New Year’s Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day. Overtime pay is provided as required by applicable law, and scheduled overtime may be needed when business needs require.

The assignment is scheduled to run from October 27, 2026, through January 1, 2027. The position is seasonal and temporary, with potential consideration for available permanent positions after the assignment ends, based on eligibility and availability; continued employment is not guaranteed. The work location is 1000 Driving Park Avenue, Rochester, NY 14613.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Be dependable and available for scheduled shifts, including weekends or holidays when needed.
• Meet applicable pre-employment requirements, including a background check where permitted by law.
• Be able to work scheduled shifts, including overtime when business needs require.

Responsibilities

• Safely unload, sort, move, and load packages weighing up to 30–50 pounds independently.
• Participate in team lifts for packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Keep packages organized and moving safely and efficiently.
• Keep the work area organized and ready for work.
• Work with the team to help packages reach their next destination safely and on time.
