About The Position

OnTrac is hiring a Seasonal Package Handler to help move packages through its warehouse during the holiday season. This active, hands-on role involves working with a team to keep packages moving safely and efficiently toward their next destination. No previous warehouse experience is required; training is provided.

The position is seasonal full-time, with a season running from October 27, 2026, to January 1, 2027. The schedule is four days on and three days off, with shifts starting at 10:00 PM and typically ending at 7:15 AM. Shifts are approximately nine hours, though end times may vary with package volume and business needs. The role pays $20.00, offers weekly pay and a seasonal bonus, and is eligible for overtime pay consistent with applicable law. Premium pay is offered for hours worked on New Year’s Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day. Seasonal team members may be considered for available permanent positions after the assignment ends, but continued employment is not guaranteed.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Be dependable and available for scheduled shifts, including weekends or holidays when needed.
• Meet applicable pre-employment requirements, including a background check where permitted by law.
• Be able to work scheduled shifts, including overtime when business needs require.
• Be able to repeatedly lift packages as described in the posting.
• Be able to stand and/or walk for extended periods during scheduled shifts.
• Be able to frequently bend, twist, reach, push, pull, and squat while handling packages.
• Be able to perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift.
• Be able to work in hot or cold environments where warehouse temperature control may be limited.

Responsibilities

• Safely unload, sort, move, and load packages weighing up to 30–50 pounds independently.
• Participate in team lifts for packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Keep packages organized and moving safely and efficiently.
• Keep the work area organized and ready for work.
• Work with a team to help packages reach their next destination safely and on time.
