About The Position

OnTrac is hiring a Package Handler to support warehouse operations at its Spokane location. The role contributes to smooth warehouse functioning by maintaining quality and following safety protocols. Package Handlers unload trailers, sort packages by ZIP code, and load trucks for delivery while working collaboratively with the operations team. The warehouse environment varies in temperature by season, and the work involves standing and moving packages. Shift availability is seven days a week, with shift times from 6:30 a.m. to 9:45 p.m. or until the sort is complete; hours may vary based on business needs. “End of Sort” means completion of all required sort work for the day and cleanup activities as directed by site management.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to stay on your feet while working.
• Ability to work in warehouse heat and cold as temperatures vary by season.
• Ability to regularly lift, push, pull, and/or move items averaging 50 pounds and occasionally up to 75 pounds.
