Full-time Package Handler 3rd Shift- St. Cloud, MN
About The Position
The full-time Package Handler loads, unloads, and sorts freight accurately and promptly to support quick delivery. The role is based in St. Cloud, Minnesota, and works Monday through Friday with a 10:00 PM start. An additional 10–15 hours of overtime is expected each week; overtime is paid at time and a half after 40 hours per week. The pay range is $21.00–$26.25 per hour, based on experience, qualifications, skills, and internal equity. Starting pay is generally below the top of the range to allow for future compensation growth. Compensation increases follow company policies and depend on performance and individual development. The Package Handler unloads packages by hand, scans barcode labels, sorts freight by destination, and stacks freight in trailers and routes to prevent damage and use space efficiently. The position also includes washing fleet vehicles as needed and performing light custodial duties to keep the warehouse clean and safe. Applicants must be at least 18 years old and able to pass a criminal background check. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- Have excellent verbal communication skills.
- Have efficient time management skills.
- Have excellent organization skills and attention to detail.
- Be able to read labels at a fast pace and work independently.
- Be able to bend, lift, twist, carry, and slide freight.
- Be able to lift up to 75 pounds.
- Be able to spend a minimum of 8 hours on your feet.
- Be able to work with freight that may include hazardous material, perishable food and alcohol, firearms, ammunition, and live animals.
- Pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities
