Warehouse Support 3rd Shift - St. Cloud, MN
About The Position
Spee Dee Delivery is hiring a Warehouse Support employee to assist with daily warehouse and transportation operations. The role supports efficient workflow by handling packages, assisting with route coverage when needed, parking vehicles, and fueling trucks. The position is full-time, based in St. Cloud, Minnesota, and scheduled Monday through Friday with a 10:00 PM start. Variable shifts may be required based on business needs. Overtime is paid at time and a half after 40 hours per week. The hourly pay range is $26.00–$33.50, based on experience; starting pay depends on relevant experience, qualifications, skills, and internal equity. The employee must be able to operate a manual-transmission vehicle or be willing to learn, read labels quickly, and work independently. Applicants must be at least 21 years old and hold a valid driver’s license with a driving record meeting company standards. A high school diploma or equivalent and at least one year of leadership and transportation-industry experience are preferred. The role requires passing a DOT physical, pre-employment drug screening, and criminal background check. Physical work includes bending, lifting, twisting, carrying, and sliding freight weighing up to 75 pounds. Freight may include hazardous materials, perishable food, alcohol, firearms, ammunition, and live animals.
Requirements
- Be at least 21 years of age.

- Be able to read labels at a fast pace and work independently.
- Be able to pass a DOT physical exam.
- Be able to bend, lift, twist, carry, and slide freight weighing up to 75 pounds.
- Be able to work with freight that may include hazardous materials, perishable food, alcohol, firearms, ammunition, and live animals.
- Pass a pre-employment drug screening and criminal background check.

Responsibilities
- Assist with parking and fueling vehicles.
- Cover routes when needed.
- Ensure trailer cuts are made for timely delivery to branches.
- Communicate with warehouse staff and other management to resolve discrepancies.
- Manage the security of the yard and building.
- Assist in stacking and sorting to ensure the flow of freight.
- Cover various shifts as needed.
- Perform other required duties as assigned.
