Warehouse Support 2nd Shift -St. Cloud, MN
About The Position
Spee Dee Delivery is hiring a full-time Warehouse Support employee to assist with daily warehouse and transportation operations. The role supports efficient workflow by handling freight, assisting with route coverage when needed, parking and fueling vehicles, and helping ensure timely delivery to branches. The position is based in St. Cloud, Minnesota, and is scheduled Monday through Friday with a 5:00 PM start. Employees may be expected to cover variable shifts based on business needs. Overtime is paid at time and a half after 40 hours per week. The hourly pay range is $25.00–$31.75, based on experience; starting pay depends on relevant experience, qualifications, skills, and internal equity. Applicants must be at least 21 years old, hold a valid driver's license with a good driving record that meets company standards, and be able to pass a DOT physical exam. A high school diploma or equivalent and at least one year of leadership and transportation industry experience are preferred. The role requires the ability to operate a manual-transmission vehicle or willingness to learn, read labels quickly, work independently, and handle freight weighing up to 75 pounds. Applicants must pass a pre-employment drug screening and criminal background check.
Requirements

- Ability to read labels at a fast pace and work independently.
- Ability to pass a DOT physical exam.
- Ability to bend, lift, twist, carry, and slide freight weighing up to 75 pounds.
- Ability to work with freight that may include hazardous materials, perishable food, alcohol, firearms, ammunition, and live animals.
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screening and criminal background check.

Responsibilities
- Assist with parking and fueling vehicles.
- Cover routes when needed.
- Ensure trailer cuts are made for timely delivery to branches.
- Communicate with warehouse staff and other management to resolve discrepancies.
- Manage security of the yard and building.
- Assist with stacking and sorting to maintain freight flow.
- Cover various shifts as needed.
- Perform other required duties as assigned.
