About The Position

Allegiance Industries is hiring a Package Handler for its third-shift manufacturing facility. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 10:30 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. On-the-job training is provided. The role combines warehouse and production-line support with floor care and janitorial duties. The Package Handler operates forklifts and a riding auto scrubber, moves and loads materials, keeps work areas clear, performs basic equipment checks and maintenance, follows written instructions and safety regulations, and keeps records.

Requirements

Forklift experience.
Auto scrubber experience.
Ability to lift 20 pounds.
Physical stamina and dexterity.
Ability to detect safety hazards and communicate them to appropriate staff.
Reliable transportation.
Ability to follow schedules and keep commitments.
Ability to follow directions from a supervisor.
Ability to demonstrate professionalism.

Responsibilities

Operate forklifts and move goods around warehouses and other industrial sites.
Operate a riding auto scrubber to clean floors and surface areas.
Keep aisles clear by sweeping and removing empty pallets, loose cardboard boxes, and other debris.
Empty waste and recycling bins.
Assist with the production line as needed.
Perform janitorial duties, including sweeping, mopping, and dusting.
Load and unload materials from various vehicles.
Perform equipment checks and basic maintenance.
Follow written instructions and keep records.
Adhere to health and safety regulations.
