About The Position

Allegiance Industries is hiring a Package Handler for a manufacturing facility in Burlington, North Carolina. The role works the third shift, Monday through Friday from 10:30 p.m. to 7:00 a.m., and pays $17.00 per hour. The position combines warehouse and production support with janitorial work. On-the-job training is offered.

Requirements

Forklift experience.
Auto scrubber experience.
Ability to lift 20 pounds.
Physical stamina and dexterity.
Ability to detect safety hazards and communicate them to appropriate staff.
Reliable transportation.
Ability to follow schedules and keep commitments.
Ability to follow directions from a supervisor.
Ability to demonstrate professionalism.

Responsibilities

Operate forklifts to move goods around warehouses and other industrial sites.
Operate a riding auto scrubber to clean floors and surface areas.
Keep aisles clear by sweeping and removing empty pallets, loose cardboard boxes, and other debris.
Empty waste and recycling bins.
Assist with the production line as needed.
Perform janitorial duties, including sweeping, mopping, and dusting.
Load and unload materials from various vehicles.
Perform equipment checks and basic maintenance.
Follow written instructions and keep records.
Adhere to health and safety regulations.
