About The Position

The Package Concierge supports mail and package operations at a Sentral property and provides five-star service to residents and guests. Responsibilities include preparing outgoing mail and packages; receiving, storing, and organizing incoming items; communicating with residents about mail and packages; and delivering packages directly to residents and guests. This is an in-person, on-site position in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.

• Proficiency with communication technology and the ability to learn new software quickly.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work with a team.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for the duration of a shift.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Hospitality experience preferred, such as in hotels and resorts, private luxury clubs, or travel management.
