CityVet is seeking a Veterinarian – Owner/Partner to build their practice and shape their culture, creating real wealth. Each clinic is locally owned by its lead veterinarian, who is empowered to build their ideal practice while CityVet provides support for all other aspects. Requirements
- Veterinarian with an entrepreneurial heart.
- Passion for leading a team.
- Desire to practice medicine your way.
Responsibilities
- Practice medicine your way with no quotas, restrictive protocols, or corporate pressure.
- Set the standards of care and build the team to support your philosophy.
- Lead the medicine and the culture of the clinic.
- Control decisions regarding medicine, team, culture, and schedule.
- Partner with rescues, volunteer, support shelters, host drives, and give back to the community.
- Open, grow, and scale your clinic with capital, tools, and partnership support.
