About The Position

Owner operators are sought for Over-The-Road (OTR) driving positions. To qualify, owner operators must have trucks that are 2020 or newer. Compensation is structured as a percentage of the load. Drivers who provide only a truck or tractor receive 75% of the load. If an operator also provides a trailer, the percentage increases to 82%, with the company covering insurance costs for reefer trailers. Drivers benefit from a fuel discount of $0.20 per gallon, which is reimbursed in their settlements. The average pay per load is approximately $2,200, with mileage rates ranging from $2.75 to $3.50 per mile. Each load typically covers 800 to 1,000 miles. An optional maintenance account is available for owner operators to set aside funds for repairs. The company will manage repair costs, deducting them from this account. If repair expenses exceed the account balance, a payment plan can be arranged. The company is not obligated to provide financial credit for repairs, and any costs covered by the company will be charged back within the pay period. Documentation from the maintenance provider is required, irrespective of where repairs are performed.
