About The Position

Pace is seeking an Owner/Operator Delivery Driver with their own CARGO or SPRINTER van in our Knoxville market. Join Pace's carrier network and grow your business with consistent, dedicated routes! As a Cargo/Sprinter Van Delivery Driver in Pace's Preferred Carrier Network, you will make business to business deliveries to our customers on a multi-stop route in and around the Knoxville market. We are seeking independent contractors with their own cargo/sprinter van who are interested in Monday-Friday work beginning in Knoxville around 2:30pm daily and ending around 5:00pm (roughly 2.5 hours worked each day.) The commodity is tires and you will typically have 1-3 stops per day with each stop receiving 1-8 tires per delivery. The routes go to Morristown and Clinton/Oak Ridge. Requirements

• Have your own working CARGO/SPRINTER Van.
• Must meet MVR, background, and drug screening requirements.
• Must maintain required insurance coverage 50k/100k/50k auto liability
• Drivers must be 18 or older.
• Must be available all 5 days, Mon-Fri.

Responsibilities

• Pick up freight and deliver to designated Pace customers.
• Use Pace delivery app to track and document all deliveries.
• Maintain required insurance.
• Exceed customer delivery requirements and specifications.
• Represent Pace in a professional and courteous manner.
• Be presentable and provide excellent customer service to customers.
