About The Position

Provide one-on-one care to seniors in their homes, helping them maintain independence and dignity. Overnight shifts are available, with full-time and part-time schedules. Caregivers are required to work every other weekend and occasional holidays. Starting pay is $17.50–$22.00 per hour, with time-and-a-half pay for holiday shifts. The role offers internal promotion and skill development opportunities. Benefits are available to employees working 30 or more hours per week.

Requirements

• At least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a standard criminal background check.
• A genuine desire to help seniors maintain independence and dignity.

• Previous caregiving experience in a home or facility is welcomed but not required.
