About The Position

Independent Home Health LLC is hiring dependable, compassionate Caregivers to provide one-on-one, non-medical care to individuals in their homes throughout Coal Township and surrounding communities. Caregivers help the people they support remain safe, comfortable, and independent at home. The role is listed for Bloomsburg, Pennsylvania, with overnight hours of 1 a.m. to 6 a.m., and flexible scheduling. Full-time and part-time opportunities depend on available cases. No professional caregiving experience is required.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to complete required background checks.
• Dependable, caring, and patient.

Nice To Haves

• Previous caregiving experience is welcome but not required.
• Experience as a caregiver, direct care worker, personal care aide, home health aide, PCA, HHA, or CNA is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Help with mobility and everyday activities.
• Prepare meals.
• Complete light housekeeping.
• Provide companionship and conversation.
• Assist with errands or appointments when needed.
• Follow the individual's care plan.
• Document the services provided.
