About The Position

ComForCare is hiring caregivers to provide one-on-one care to seniors in their homes. The company says caregivers are treated with respect and dignity, receive ongoing training, have field support available, and are thoughtfully matched with compatible clients. The role offers overnight shifts, with full-time and part-time schedules available. Starting pay is $17.50–$22.00 per hour, with time-and-a-half pay for holiday shifts. Employees may have opportunities for internal promotion and skill development. Benefits are available to employees working 30 or more hours per week. Employment is with an independently owned and operated ComForCare franchisee, which is responsible for employment decisions.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Have a high school diploma or GED.
• Have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Be able to pass a standard criminal background check.
• Have a genuine desire to help seniors maintain independence and dignity.

Nice To Haves

• Previous caregiving experience in a home or facility setting is welcomed but not required.
