About The Position

Independent Home Health LLC is hiring dependable, compassionate Caregivers to provide one-on-one, non-medical care to individuals in their homes throughout Coal Township and surrounding communities. Caregivers help the people they support remain safe, comfortable, and independent at home. No professional caregiving experience is required. The posting describes an overnight opportunity in Milton, Pennsylvania, from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. at $15 per hour. Flexible scheduling and full-time or part-time opportunities are available depending on cases.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be able to complete required background checks.
• Must be dependable, caring, and patient.

Nice To Haves

• Previous caregiving experience is welcome but not required.
• Experience as a caregiver, direct care worker, personal care aide, home health aide, PCA, HHA, or CNA is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Help with mobility and everyday activities.
• Prepare meals.
• Complete light housekeeping.
• Provide companionship and conversation.
• Assist with errands or appointments when needed.
• Follow the individual's care plan.
• Document services provided.
