About The Position

E.A. Sween is hiring an Overnight Warehouse Supervisor in Lewisville, Texas. This active leadership role is responsible for leading daily warehouse operations, including staffing, productivity, food safety, employee performance, and team development. The supervisor communicates clearly, holds employees accountable, solves problems, and builds a dependable warehouse team. The listed schedule is Monday through Friday, 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. The position offers an annual salary of $57,222–$75,000, based on experience.

Requirements

At least 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience.
Experience in warehousing, distribution, logistics, or a similar operation.
Strong communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage staffing, productivity, and performance expectations.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
Strong basic math skills.
Must be at least 21 years old.
Ability to repeatedly lift up to 75 lbs.
Ability to push or pull up to 300 lbs. using a dolly or drag hook.
Comfort with frequent standing, walking, bending, twisting, and reaching.
Must pass a required physical examination, drug screen, and background check.

Responsibilities

Lead daily warehouse operations, staffing, and workflow.
Manage labor needs and adjust staffing based on operational demands.
Monitor productivity, accuracy, service levels, and performance KPIs.
Train, coach, and develop warehouse employees.
Address performance and attendance concerns consistently.
Support employee engagement, teamwork, and retention.
Ensure compliance with HACCP, FSMA, food-safety, sanitation, and audit standards.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
Identify operational problems and implement practical solutions.
Promote E.A. Sween’s values and safety expectations throughout the operation.
