SP+ is hiring a safe Overnight Valet Driver for the Queen Kapiolani Hotel in Honolulu, Hawaii. This full-time position pays $19.00 per hour, with tips as applicable, and includes weekend work. The role involves safely parking vehicles, assisting customers, and maintaining a professional appearance and punctuality throughout scheduled shifts.

Requirements

• Have a valid state driver’s license, a current address, and an acceptable driving record.
• Provide proof of eligibility to work legally in the United States if hired.
• Provide accurate information to customers and coworkers and respond professionally to customer problems or complaints.
• Be able to read, write, add, and subtract U.S. currency and understand instructions, short emails, and memos.
• Be able to follow written and verbal instructions and calmly adapt to changes, delays, and unexpected events.

Nice To Haves

• Ability to safely drive a vehicle with a manual transmission (stick shift).

Responsibilities

• Inspect each vehicle before parking it safely and note any findings.
• Explain valet rates to customers.
• Respond to customer questions promptly and kindly.
• Follow traffic laws and safe driving practices.
• Report accidents, safety hazards, unusual occurrences, and policy violations to management.
• Know major local streets, landmarks, and freeways and provide directions to customers when needed.
• Arrive on time for each scheduled shift in a clean uniform and remain in complete uniform throughout the shift.
• Assist management with additional duties as assigned.
