About The Position

The Overnight Team Member, also described as a Stocking Clerk, stocks shelves with food and grocery products to prepare the store for the day ahead. The role involves moving merchandise from pallets or carts to the correct shelf locations using location codes, and completing assigned areas efficiently and accurately. Team members also handle backstock and cardboard and trash, maintain a clean and safe work environment, and support store operations as needed. The position includes overnight work and occasional customer interactions.

Requirements

• Comfort learning and using basic technology.
• Ability to follow processes and procedures in an organized, efficient way.
• Ability to stay calm and productive in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work as part of a team and support shared goals.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, bend, twist, push, pull, and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves with a variety of food and grocery products.
