About The Position

The Overnight Team Member (Stocking Clerk) stocks food and grocery products to prepare the store for the day ahead. The role involves moving stock from pallets or carts to the correct shelf locations using location codes, completing assigned areas efficiently and accurately, pulling backstock, and disposing of cardboard and trash in designated back-room areas. Team members work with leadership to complete assigned work on time, maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment, interact respectfully with customers when needed, and support other operational tasks as needed.

Requirements

Be comfortable learning and using basic technology.
Follow processes and procedures in an organized, efficient way.
Stay calm and productive in a fast-paced environment.
Enjoy working as part of a team and supporting shared goals.
Be able to lift up to 50 lbs, bend, twist, push, pull, and stand for extended periods.

Experience with pallet jacks or forklifts.
