About The Position

Dash In is hiring a part-time Overnight Kitchen Team Member/Prep Cook for its store in New Castle, Delaware. As part of the Back of House team, the Kitchen Team Member prepares food for guests in a 24/7 retail environment and helps deliver a personalized guest experience. The starting wage is $16.50 per hour, with an additional $1 per hour overnight shift premium. The role involves following food safety, sanitation, and quality standards; keeping ingredients and prep levels ready; maintaining clean and organized work areas; properly storing incoming goods; and operating kitchen equipment. Candidates must be able to work various shifts, including overnight shifts and weekends. Requirements

High school diploma or GED, or willingness to complete the company-paid GED program.
One year of food service experience.
Ability to work various shifts, including days, nights, overnights, and weekends.
Must be authorized to work in the United States.
Must be at least 18 years old.
Successful completion of a background check and drug screening.

Nice To Haves

Line cook or prep cook experience is preferred.
Active ServSafe certification or similar qualifications.
Familiarity with POS software.
Excellent multitasking and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to speak and understand Korean.
