Kitchen Team Member Part Time
About The Position
As a Kitchen Team Member at Love’s, you will provide customer service and help maintain a clean, stocked deli area. The role includes answering questions about menu offerings, addressing customer needs, and assisting store cashier team members with cleaning and maintaining deli, coffee, and fountain bars throughout the shift. You will prepare deli products according to designated preparation guides and use company methods and technologies to maintain proper food safety conditions. Additional duties may include cross-training in other departments, including Store Cashier, Restaurant Cashier, Facility Maintenance, and Leadership Roles. No experience is required; training is provided.
Requirements
- Ability to move and lift 25 or more pounds.
- Ability to work in various temperatures.
Responsibilities
- Answer questions about menu offerings and address customer needs.
- Assist store cashier team members with cleaning and maintaining deli, coffee, and fountain bars, keeping them stocked with fresh offerings throughout the shift.
- Prepare deli products according to designated preparation guides, including salads, fresh-cut fruit, cold and hot sandwiches and wraps, and parfait cups.
- Use company methods and technologies to follow policies and procedures and maintain proper food safety conditions.
- Potentially cross-train in other departments, including Store Cashier, Restaurant Cashier, Facility Maintenance, and Leadership Roles.
