About The Position
As a Kitchen Team Member at Love’s, you will provide customer service while keeping the deli area clean, stocked, and supplied with fresh offerings. The company provides training, so previous experience is not required. You will prepare deli products according to designated preparation guides and use company methods and technologies to maintain food safety. The position may also involve cross-training in other departments, including store cashier, restaurant cashier, facility maintenance, and leadership roles.
Requirements
- Ability to move and lift 25 or more pounds.
- Ability to work in various temperatures.
Responsibilities
- Answer customer questions about menu offerings and address customer needs.
- Assist store cashier team members with cleaning and maintaining the deli, coffee, and fountain bars, keeping them stocked with fresh offerings throughout the shift.
- Prepare deli products according to designated preparation guides, including salads, fresh-cut fruit, hot and cold sandwiches, wraps, and parfait cups.
- Use methods and technologies to follow company policies and procedures and maintain proper food safety conditions.
- Potentially cross-train in other departments, including Store Cashier, Restaurant Cashier, Facility Maintenance, and Leadership Roles.
