About The Position

Kitchen Team Members support Wally’s food service operation by preparing and serving fresh food, maintaining clean workstations, and helping kitchen operations run smoothly. The role involves working alongside the kitchen team in a fast-paced, team-driven environment to prepare menu items, stock ingredients, and keep kitchen areas organized while contributing to a quality guest experience. The schedule is overnight, from 10 pm to 6 am, for 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities

Prepare menu items using recipes, portion guidelines, and food preparation standards to ensure consistent quality and presentation.
Keep kitchen work areas, equipment, utensils, and prep stations clean, sanitized, and organized throughout the shift.
Support food production during busy periods by helping with prep work, assembling menu items, and restocking ingredients.
Follow food handling, sanitation, and hygiene procedures to maintain a safe kitchen environment and prevent cross-contamination.
Stock, rotate, and organize ingredients using FIFO practices to maintain freshness and reduce waste.
Communicate with teammates and leaders to help kitchen operations run smoothly and efficiently.
