About The Position
Stars and Strikes Family Entertainment Center is seeking an outgoing, energetic Kitchen Team Member for its Back of House team. The role involves preparing items from the restaurant and catering menus in a fun, fast-paced kitchen while helping maintain a clean and safe environment. Team members may contribute to other departments when needed.
Requirements
- Friendly and professional demeanor.
- Ability to work well as part of a team and contribute to other departments when needed.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work weekends and holidays.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the kitchen, food preparation areas, and food storage areas meet restaurant cleaning standards.
- Maintain a safe work environment and work safely.
- Prepare menu items according to recipe guidelines.
- Monitor product freshness and rotate products according to a schedule created by the Kitchen Manager.
