About The Position
As a Deli Host, you will provide customer service to people from all walks of life and maintain a clean, stocked deli area. The company provides training for candidates without prior experience. You will prepare deli products according to designated preparation guides and use methods and technologies to follow company policies and maintain proper food safety conditions. Additional duties may include cross-training in other departments, including Store Cashier, Restaurant Cashier, Facility Maintenance, and Leadership Roles. The position requires the ability to move and lift 25+ pounds and work in various temperatures.

Responsibilities
- Answer customer questions about menu offerings and address customer needs.
- Assist store cashier team members with cleaning and maintaining the deli, coffee, and fountain bars, and keeping them supplied with fresh offerings throughout the shift.
- Prepare deli products according to designated preparation guides, including salads, fresh-cut fruit, cold and hot sandwiches and wraps, and parfait cups.
- Use methods and technologies to follow company policies and procedures and maintain proper food safety conditions.
- Potentially cross-train in other departments, including Store Cashier, Restaurant Cashier, Facility Maintenance, and Leadership Roles.
