Kitchen Team Member
About The Position
As a Kitchen Team Member at Love’s, you will provide customer service to people from all walks of life while maintaining a clean, stocked deli area. No prior experience is required; training is provided. You will answer questions about menu offerings, address customer needs, and help keep deli, coffee, and fountain bars clean and stocked with fresh offerings throughout your shift. You will prepare deli products according to designated preparation guides and use company methods and technologies to maintain food safety. The role may also include cross-training in other departments.
Requirements
- Ability to move and lift more than 25 pounds.
- Ability to work in various temperatures.
Responsibilities
- Answer customer questions about menu offerings and address customer needs.
- Assist store cashier team members with cleaning and maintaining the deli, coffee, and fountain bars, keeping them stocked with fresh offerings throughout the shift.
- Prepare deli products according to designated preparation guides, including salads, fresh-cut fruit, hot and cold sandwiches, wraps, and parfait cups.
- Use company methods and technologies to follow policies and procedures and maintain proper food safety conditions.
- Potentially cross-train in other departments, including Store Cashier, Restaurant Cashier, Facility Maintenance, and Leadership Roles.
